On this Tipcast we review the Training Peaks Performance Management Chart (PMC). One of the shortcomings of the PMC is that trends are often difficult to discern when data are limited, particularly for those who training infrequently (4 or fewer days/week). However, there are some things to consider to improve the chart. In addition, triathletes should take advantage of using different charts to track individual sports to better monitor progress in each aspect of triathlon.
